Recently I was told by a commentator, "I see your still an Angry Man". Wow, brilliant! I think he finally realized my avatar was chosen for that exact reason! For years it seems this commentator and I had a few epic battles of words, hell he even stayed away from Current because of the silly right left arguments he grew to hate. I can't speak for the guy and his point of view, but I can speak for myself!
Hell Yah, I'm an Angry Man! It's way too late to change into something I am not! My Country has been hijacked, society is falling apart at the seams, the poor are getting poorer, and we are still being taken for ride to oblivion! At 60 almost in April, I still try and fight the good fight against willful ignorance, and the powers that we have no control over.
I do as I have done all my life, and that is to reflect as too why I am who I am! My heart constantly aches for my fellow man, those of you who know what I try to convey, and those not old enough to know better. Hell there is even a group of people who are old enough to know better but for some reason have a heart of stone!
Perhaps as the commentator said my persona and anger will effect my health eventually, and more than likely he is correct! But thats fine I say, cause not to stand for those who can not, is my destiny! I think my salvation is my sense of humor, it keeps me alive! I can still even laugh at myself and others, but my serious side of me fuels my spirit as well.
What fun would it be to be a drone or a robot? Not much is my answer, I've lost interest a long time ago in playing the game most of us find ourselves playing. The gathering of material things is a soulless pursuit, but many are trapped in that lifestyle. I even speak for them at my own risk, I guess I somehow think I'm making a difference at times. I have always tried to cheer folks up in my daily life, at work, at play, and when the times get tough as life often gets!
I've known some incredible times through the years, and my goals at times seem to mirror Don Quixote's futile attempts wielding a sword at an enemy not seen by others. "So be it". I'm very excited to put together, with the assistance of a very dear friend, the Kennymotown Show Season 2. Perhaps even a joke or two will play out, and of course the sword wielding will occur!
Freeeeeedom!
