While the rational world dismissed Ron Paul as a serious contender for the GOP nomination long ago, Paul supporters keep hope alive, despite the overwhelming evidence that Mitt Romney has secured the Republican nomination.
All of this is good news for Obama supporters. The thought of Ron Paul leading his posse of political fanatics in a floor fight at the Republican national convention brings smiles of delight to the faces of Democrats. What could be more enjoyable than Mitt Romney facing the cult of Ron Paul on the convention floor?
