Maybe you can see it taking place, or perhaps in it's present form it moves too slowly for most to recognize what it is. Fascisms new identity can not be denied, it's all around us these days if you only open your eyes. Fighting it seems futile these days, greed has a way of turning a blind eye upon the suffering of the lower classes and after all those at the top have earned their right to ignore humanity. Back in the early days of the Fascist takeover or should I keep it simple for now, the Reagan administration coined the millions of homeless as campers, that drew a laugh from the fascist supporters of the day. But the greed continued and the airwaves were filled with propagandist telling those in the growing crowd of unbeknownst new Nazi's that those at the bottom are there for a reason. They have poor work ethic, no education desire, not wishing to pull their own bootstraps up, they are a class of useless humans they should not care for. These new Nazi's still haven't figured out for the most part they are Nazi's, incredible as it seems they wear a badge of honor as todays Elite. They haven't a clue, most of them, but the net is closing in on the Elite. Capitalism takes no prisoners, at least this present days form, the juggernaut it has become has stolen Democracy from the people and ragged it's greedy goals across the globe. Here at home every sociopath Corporate CEO has lost track of the wreckage left behind, after-all profit before people is the call of the day. They can not turn it around, their brains just can't imagine what a disaster they have created along with their Financial Services buddy's on Wall Street. I have to hand it thus far to the Occupy crowd for waking up millions that have been asleep or wide awake taking it one day at a time, living pay check to pay check just short of living on the streets. As for the twisted cockroach infested Political system owned and operated by the Elite to hide the daily take from the lower classes, well it is what it is. We were warned about the Military Industrial Complex decades ago, and we let it happen. I don't know if it was the fact we had built the largest Middle Class the World have ever seen and those of us in it just got lazy and were not vigil to stop it, but it's here. Well now let me explain the title of this editorial and why I call it legalized Genocide, please indulge me for a few more moments. Every year 50,000 of our citizens die needlessly because they don't have healthcare, every year thousands are incarcerated for possession of a plant that grows wild, every year thousands die of chemicals released into our environment that a real EPA run by real citizens not bought and paid for Capitalist would certainly stop, every year lower wages are just accepted by the workers of this country due to the globalization that has destroyed our Middle Class. I could go on, but I think you catch my drift. It's legal Genocide for now, but not for long! Or is it?
