Technology is changing the world we live in at an astounding pace. For some, this is great news, but for many it will be bad, very bad…at first. The implications for society in the near future will be earth shattering and in fact, the effects are already being felt in many areas. We will experience nothing less than the re-sculpting of society from the ground up. The way the world works, the very nature and structure of our society and economy is not compatible with the world that is coming and must change or die. Let us then examine what some of those changes are that are coming, what the short term implications are and then offer a potential solution; the only solution that I have found so far.
